Q: What's the difference between À La Carte Services and the monthly memberships?
A: À La Carte services are one-time deep dives. They're perfect if you want a specific audit, review, or call. Monthly memberships are for brands who want ongoing support, garment reviews, and strategy as they grow.
Q: How do Garment Reviews work?
A: You ship me your sample(s) using a pre-paid label I provide. I review the quality, trims, design, and factory execution. Then I send you detailed notes and a video walkthrough. Fast, thorough, and honest.
Q: What's your turnaround time?
A: Depends on the service. À La Carte services range from 2-10 business days after I receive everything I need. Monthly members get priority scheduling and consistent touchpoints.
Q: Do you work with brands outside of the US?
A: Yep. As long as you can ship samples and hop on video calls, we’re good to go.
Q: What tools do you use to communicate?
A: All communication happens via email or through your client portal. Clean, trackable, and not another Slack notification in sight.
Q: Do you do pitch deck or investor deck reviews?
A: No, that’s not my lane. I’m here for product, branding, sourcing, and strategy.
Q: Do I have to sign a contract?
A: Yes, every client signs a services agreement. It protects both of us and makes sure we’re aligned on scope, timelines, and deliverables.
